SECQAI is part of NATO’s inaugural DIANA accelerator

SECQAI is being accelerated by NATO’s DIANA programme, designed to enable the growth of the next generation of dual-use deep technology founded within NATO member states, helping to shape a peaceful future.

London, UK – SECQAI is part of the inaugural cohort of companies being accelerated as part of NATOs Defence Innovation Accelerator for the North Atlantic (DIANA) programme, which aims to grow the next generation of dual-use technologies, helping NATO maintain its technical edge, preserving peace and security.

SECQAI was selected from over 1300 deeply technical companies in this competition across Member States, having been judged against its technology’s feasibility and usefulness in solving the security and defence problems identified by NATO, as well as its transformational nature and commercial viability.

SECQAI’s success comes in its application of Post Quantum Cryptography through its secure hardware, addressing NATO’s Secure Information Sharing challenge: how to ensure trusted exchange of information between organisations using zero-trust principles.

The NATO DIANA programme will provide expansive support to selected companies, covering the success of their businesses, providing access to testing environments, connecting them to defence experts and providing grant funding.

“It’s a privilege to have secured a place on NATO’s inaugural DIANA programme,” said Rahul Tyagi, CEO and Founder of SECQAI. “With their support, we can accelerate our work to secure information sharing from the hardware level up, by deploying the next generation of Post Quantum Cryptography. We have all seen the immense instability facing the world and look forward to contributing to the safety and security of NATO, its allies, and the broader global population.”

About the NATO DIANA programme

NATO’s DIANA programme is a key part of their response to the interconnected and multifaceted security challenges which characterise our world today. This programme looks to identify, develop and deploy dual-use emerging and disruptive technologies (EDTs). DIANA was formed as part of a cross-sector effort across government, industry and academia to do this.
